As you know, there is an organized effort by some to drown out free speech and prevent Members of Congress from speaking with their constituents. I want you to know, I will not be intimidated by such mindless tactics. In order to make myself available to my constituents, I will move forward with planned events including tele-townhalls, roundtables, and various other meetings to ensure constituent voices are heard. To all those seeking to engage in a productive conversation, I invite you to participate in a tele-townhall this week.
When: Thursday, March 16 at 6:30pm AZ time
Where: By phone – you will be connected to a telephone conference where the Congressman will be available to answer questions and discuss the issues most important to his constituents.
RSVP: Please follow this link to RSVP for the tele-townhall. You will be asked to provide your zipcode + 4 to ensure you are within the 8th Congressional District. If you do not know your 4 digit extension, you can look it up through the United States Postal Service website at this link. Once you've passed the zipcode authentication, you will be asked to provide a few additional details so we can contact you for the tele-townhall. You will receive a phone call, you will not need to dial in to be connected. We will call you!
I look forward to speaking with you!
Congressman Trent Franks
